The Jersey Gardens Mall
The Jersey Gardens Mall is an 800,000 sq. ft. roof in
which Thermoplastics technology was used. The roof system
was a Bondcote 50 Mil NBP Thermoplastic Membrane, mechanically
fastened system. Thermoplastics are revolutionizing the
one-ply market. Heat-weldable single ply materials offer
environmental and energy-efficient solutions.
In addition to roofing, J.P. Patti
performed all roof related carpentry and sheet metal
work for the mall. Patti was under strict time constraints
due to the scheduled opening of the Mall. Patti manned
the project with 60 roofers and was able to ensure the
owner's schedule was met.
