J.P. Patti was founded in 1917. Today, Patti is managed by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to the Company’s mission.

Charles J. Volpe, Chairman

Charles Volpe is a member of the Presidents Council. He has been a principal of J.P. Patti Company since 1965 and is currently Chairman. Mr. Volpe is a developer and partner in a Holiday Inn Hotel in Hasbrouck Heights and is a Director of Greater Community Bancor. Mr. Volpe also has an interest in various apartment house projects and warehouse and office facilities in northern New Jersey. Mr. Volpe earned a Graduate Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from Villanova University in 1959.

James Wisse, President

James Wisse is President of J.P. Patti Co. and has been employed with the company since 1983. Prior to employment with J.P. Patti, Mr. Wisse attended Susquehanna University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. Mr. Wisse is a member of the Tecta President's Council, the NRCA, the Building Contractors Association of New Jersey, and a Trustee of the Roofers Local Union #10.

Brian Singley, Vice President

Brian Singley has been Vice President of J.P. Patti Company since October 2001. Mr. Singley started his career at J.P. Patti in 1984 and has worked in various positions including estimator, project manager and operations manager. Prior to working at J.P. Patti, Mr. Singley worked as a mechanical draftsman for seven years.

Michael Niekrewicz, Financial Officer/Controller

Michael Niekrewicz is Financial Officer and Controller for J.P. Patti and has been employed with the company since 1984. Michael graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1982 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.
