The J.P. Patti Company,
with a tradition of continued expertise in roofing
since 1917, is one of the largest roofers in the
northeast, and as a member of Tecta America, among
the largest in the country. Today, no one can
match the comprehensive range of technical capabilities
we are able to offer our commercial and industrial
customers.
J.P. Patti handles any size
and type of roofing or re-roofing installation.
Our assignments have included the, then, largest
automobile plant in the world, major public structures,
and towering city skyscrapers. Our many Blue Chip
corporate clients come to us knowing that we're
able to routinely perform jobs that stretch the
limits and resources of other roofing companies.
In our industry there is only
one way: exercise strict control over every aspect
of engineering and installation - on every job
we do. There are no short cuts. Whether a project
calls for installing conventional asphalt roofing
materials, or applying the newest technology in
single-ply rubber systems, we take the time to
pay careful attention to every detail, and the
job is considered finished only when it is done
correctly.
J.P. Patti’s service and
maintenance division is not only able to expeditiously
respond to roofing problems, it is also designed
to enable our clients to maintain their existing
roofs so as to maximize the term of serviceability.
We offer an inspection service to allow building
owners and responsible tenants the opportunity
to budget future re-roofing requirements - in
many cases, offering a reasonable segmented roofing
program to prevent a budget "shock".
Maintenance personnel are virtually available
for emergency repairs 24-hours a day.
The professional attitude has
been an abiding tradition at J.P. Patti for over
80 years. But there's more than one reason behind
our history of growth and success. Our customers
know J.P. Patti for our dedicated service and
responsiveness. This means:
- schedules
met
- budgets honored
- a commitment and ability to follow
through on all our completed roofing projects.
